Information Collected in Emails and Web Forms
Should you choose to electronically provide us with personal information – via email or by forms submitted through our website – we will use that information to respond to your message and to help us get the information you have requested. We will store your communication and our reply in case further correspondence is required. OPMG does not collect personal information for commercial marketing or distribution to any private organizations.

Messages sent via the Internet are generally unencrypted. If you are concerned about sending your personal information to us via the Internet, you can use another method such as fax or regular mail. This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority on this site.

Complaints
You may register a privacy related complaint by contacting OPMG's Administration Manager. At that time, the Administration Manager will review the complaint. If a complaint proves to be justified, we will take immediate and appropriate action.
