Kim B. Overbye
Kim offers more than 25 years of experience in administration, capital project management and accounting. He has been involved in managing various properties from the initial stage of construction and occupancy to rehabilitation projects.
Kim leads the executive team and OPMG with a clear and defined sense of business direction and purpose. He effectively communicates OPMG's vision and principles, and fosters a culture of integrity throughout the organization.
Kim ensures that an effective framework of governance is in place to provide direction and parameters on how OPMG conducts its business. He is responsible for aligning corporate accountability's, as well as authorizing and defining corporate policies, standards and guidelines to ensure that OPMG's services are second to none.
Vanessa is responsible for ensuring that OPMG remains focused on delivering excellent customer service and efficiently using its resources to maximize client needs. She is also responsible for everyday operations and quality control.
Prior to joining OPMG, Vanessa worked with a mid-sized property management firm that operated within the co-operative and non-profit sector. From 1998 until 2005, she held various management positions, including property manager and quality control specialist.
Vanessa has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector. She has a deep understanding of the industry and is experienced in leading cooperative and non-profit housing under significant regulatory and administrative scrutiny. She has a strong business and leadership record for driving significant improvements in customer service, efficiency, innovation and business transformation.
Mubarak Ali, is responsible for overseeing and reviewing the production of clients' financial statements. He is responsible for OPMG's accounting functions and works with our property managers to complete budgets (operating and capital) and prepare year-end auditing working papers.
Mubarak joined OPMG in September 2004 after a 10-year tenure of holding various accounting positions with Easton's Group of Hotels and Glenwood Property Management. He has more than 25 years of accounting experience with significant hands on experience.
Mubarak holds a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) degree from Punjab University, Pakistan and was district bank manager for the Bank of Punjab in Lahore.
